OptiHouse is a SaaS platform for ClickHouse query optimization. Pricing is per organization and billed monthly in USD. All plans include unlimited team members within fair-use limits.

What's included
- Read-only connection to your ClickHouse cluster (no writes, no schema changes from us).
- Automatic scans of system.query_log, system.parts, system.metrics.
- Actionable recommendations: index suggestions, query rewrites, unused tables, materialized view candidates.
- Cluster health dashboard, anomaly detection, optimization history.
- Team management, role-based access control, audit trail (Team plan and above).
- Email and in-app notifications. Telegram alerts on Team+.
Billing
- All plans are billed monthly in advance via Paddle (our merchant of record).
- Invoices and receipts are emailed automatically and available in Settings → Billing.
- Upgrades are prorated immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
- VAT, GST and other applicable taxes are added at checkout based on your billing country.

Free trial
Every new organization gets a 14-day Trial with all Team-plan features unlocked. No credit card required to start. At the end of the trial you can choose a paid plan or your workspace will switch to read-only access until you do.
Cancellation
You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing. Your plan remains active until the end of the paid period — no partial-month refunds for cancellations (see our Refund Policy for the 14-day money-back guarantee on first purchase).
