Refund Policy
Last updated: June 2026
We want you to be happy with OptiHouse. If the platform doesn't fit your workflow, here are the terms for refunds and cancellations.
14-day money-back guarantee
Any organization on a paid plan can request a full refund within 14 days of the first paid invoice, no questions asked.
- Applies to your first paid month (initial purchase or first upgrade from Trial).
- Subsequent renewals are not eligible for the 14-day guarantee.
- Email billing@optihouse.io from the email address on the account.
- Refunds are processed by Paddle (our merchant of record) back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Recurring renewals
After the initial 14-day window, monthly renewals are non-refundable. You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing and keep access until the end of the period you paid for; no partial-month refunds are issued.
Annual plans
Annual plans follow the same 14-day money-back guarantee. After 14 days, partial refunds for the unused portion of the annual term are issued on a case-by-case basis (typically prorated less a 10% administrative fee) — write to billing@optihouse.io to discuss.
Service failures and downtime
If the Service is materially unavailable for an extended period due to a fault on our side, you may be eligible for a service credit or refund. Customers on the Business plan have specific SLA terms in their order form.
Disputed charges
If you see a charge you don't recognize, please contact us at billing@optihouse.io beforeopening a chargeback with your bank. Most disputes are resolved within 1–2 business days. Chargebacks may result in your account being suspended pending investigation.
How to cancel
- Sign in to OptiHouse.
- Go to Settings → Billing.
- Click Cancel subscription.
- You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period; no further charges will be made.
